Drax Group plc has actively pursued its share buyback programme, purchasing 175,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 645.66 pence per share. Post-transaction, the company’s total issued share count stands at 427,632,095, including treasury shares. This latest buyback is part of an ongoing effort since the programme’s announcement on 7 August 2024, with Drax Group now holding 3,017,382 shares in treasury.
