Drax Group plc has announced its issued share capital at 426,948,294 ordinary shares, excluding the 40,221,102 treasury shares which have no voting rights, setting the total number of voting rights at 386,727,192. Shareholders can use this figure as a benchmark for reporting changes in their shareholding as per the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
