Draganfly Inc. has announced the successful appointment of six directors at their annual general meeting, welcoming Kim G C Moody as a new board member, who brings extensive tax expertise and prior leadership experience. Additionally, Scott Larson was appointed as Interim Chair of the Board, and Olen Aasen was named Lead Independent Director, both possessing significant experience in corporate finance and technology.
