Draganfly Inc., a recognized drone solutions provider, has successfully completed a registered direct offering, raising approximately $3.5 million through the sale of over 13 million units. This capital infusion is earmarked for general corporate purposes, which includes funding for demand fulfillment of new products, growth initiatives, and ongoing development and marketing of core products. The offering also involved an amendment to previously issued warrants, allowing for a reduced exercise price and conversion to Canadian dollars.
