DP Poland plc (GB:DPP) has released an update.
DP Poland PLC, with rights to develop Domino’s Pizza in Poland and Croatia, has disclosed a share acquisition by Non-Executive Director Jeremy Dibb. Dibb participated in the fundraising event from March 27, 2024, subscribing to 241,935 new shares, which brings his total shareholding to 994,230, maintaining his 0.11% stake in the enlarged share capital. The transaction occurred outside a trading venue on April 19, 2024.
