DOWELL SERVICE GROUP CO. LIMITED has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.036 per share for the six months ending on 30 June 2024, with shareholders’ approval set for 23 October 2024. The ex-dividend date is 25 October 2024, and the dividend payment will be made on 23 December 2024. Non-resident shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax on the dividend, with variations depending on the individual’s country of residence and applicable tax treaties with the PRC.
