LIMITED has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.03 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, to be paid on August 19, 2024, at an updated exchange rate resulting in HKD 0.0329 per share. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by June 24, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which is subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders and variable rates for individual non-residents, depending on their country’s tax treaty with the PRC.
