Doubleview Gold Corp. Expands Private Placement Fundraising

Doubleview Capital (TSE:DBG) has released an update.

Doubleview Gold Corp. has extended its non-brokered private placement to raise up to $4 million, offering flow-through and non-flow-through units with accompanying warrants. The funding will support exploration work on their Hat Project in BC, as well as general corporate purposes. The first tranche has already raised over $1.4 million, subject to a four-month hold period and TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
