Andrew Ronchi, a director of dorsaVi Ltd, has increased his direct and indirect shareholdings in the company following shareholder approval at the General Meeting on May 27, 2024. Ronchi acquired an additional 1,100,000 quoted shares and 1,000,000 performance rights, with no securities disposed of and no monetary consideration reported for these transactions. The change in director’s interest has been formally notified to the ASX as per listing rules.
