Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited, a Guernsey-based investment company, has announced the sale of its five remaining Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates, with the sale expected to complete between October and November 2024. The total proceeds from the sale are anticipated to be £153.53 million, which the company intends to distribute to shareholders after covering liquidation and other costs, with payments expected early in 2025. Shareholders can also expect the declaration of the final targeted quarterly dividend in October 2024 before the company begins liquidation.
