The agreement, involving the supply of raw materials and services between Dongyue Fluorosilicone Technology and its subsidiaries, and Dongyue Hydrogen, is a continuation of the company’s internal transactions. As this agreement involves parties connected to a substantial shareholder, it falls under specific reporting and announcement requirements, yet is exempt from shareholder approval.
