Dongfeng Motor Group has announced a change in its Supervisory Committee, with Mr. Zhou Wei succeeding Mr. Jin Jun as the Employee Supervisor effective August 26, 2024. Mr. Zhou, who has no prior relationships with the company’s key personnel or shareholders and is compliant with regulatory standards, will receive a combined basic and performance-based salary with an annual target of RMB856,000. The company expresses gratitude to Mr. Jin for his service and welcomes Mr. Zhou to his new role.
