Don Agro International Limited is set to make a significant move into the healthcare sector with the acquisition of Euroonco, a prominent Russian network of oncology clinics. The deal, valued at roughly S$43.7 million, will integrate Euroonco’s extensive services in cancer diagnostics, treatment, and palliative care into Don Agro’s operations. Euroonco has a strong operational track record, having attracted over 18,000 patients since 2021 and benefits from a preferential tax regime.
