Domino’s Pizza Group PLC has announced that as of May 31, 2024, it has 401,443,336 issued ordinary shares, with each share entitled to one vote at general meetings. Shareholders may use this share count as a reference for disclosing their stake in the company. Domino’s is the leading pizza brand in the UK and a significant player in the Irish market, holding the master franchise agreement for both regions.
