Domino’s Pizza Group PLC has announced the purchase of 197,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation on September 11, 2024, at an average price of 291.7963 pence per share. This transaction is part of the company’s buyback program, and following the buyback, the total number of remaining shares and voting rights is 396,391,601.
