Domino’s Director Increases Shareholdings

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited (AU:DMP) has released an update.

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited has announced a change in director Lynda O’Grady’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 24 ordinary shares at $44.39 each under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. Following the change, O’Grady now holds a total of 1,012 ordinary shares personally and the same number in the O’Grady Super Fund, alongside 600 shares held by Advance Management Services Pty Ltd as trustee for the O’Grady Family Trust.
