Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited (AU:DMP) has released an update.

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director John James Cowin, who acquired an additional 288,201 ordinary shares through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, increasing his indirect interest via Somad Holdings Pty Ltd to a total of 23,339,167 shares. The shares were acquired at a price of $44.39 each, and there were no disposals reported in this transaction.
