Dolphin Capital Investors Announces Audit Delay and Trading Suspension

Dolphin Capital Investors faces a delay in publishing their 2023 Annual Results due to operational issues at their auditor’s Greek office, leading to a temporary suspension of their stock from trading on AIM starting 1 July 2024. The company plans to release unaudited results on 28 June and does not expect significant differences once the audit is completed in mid-August. Meanwhile, the company has initiated sales processes for several assets and is starting discussions for selling Greek land banks.
