Dolly Varden Silver Corporation has announced a $25 million financing deal, structured as a combination of common shares and flow-through shares, with notable investor Eric Sprott intending to participate. The proceeds will be directed towards working capital, general corporate purposes, and the exploration and expansion of the Kitsault Valley project in British Columbia.
