Dollar Tree Incentivizes Executive with Performance-Based Stock

Dollar Tree (DLTR) has shared an update.

Dollar Tree, Inc. awarded Lawrence Gatta, Jr., Chief Merchandising Officer—Family Dollar, performance-based restricted stock units (PSUs) with a potential vesting of 14,060 shares, valued at $1.5 million. These PSUs will vest on the third anniversary of the grant, provided Gatta remains in service, with provisions for earlier vesting in cases of death, disability, or retirement. The vesting percentage can reach up to 166.67% if certain company-defined performance objectives are met.
