DMC Mining Ltd. (AU:DMM) has released an update.
DMC Mining Ltd. announced a voluntary suspension of its shares due to an impending material transaction and capital raising, with the suspension to remain until the transaction concludes. The company also reported the completion of a field reconnaissance program at their Ravensthorpe Project, aimed at identifying lithium mineralization, although initial sampling revealed low levels of lithium and gold. No exploration activities were reported at their Fraser Range Project during the same quarter.
