District Metals Corp., through its Swedish subsidiary, has applied for eight mineral licenses in Sweden, targeting Alum Shale deposits rich in various energy metals such as vanadium and nickel. The company, which already owns the significant Viken Energy Metals Deposit, is anticipating a decision on their applications shortly. This move aligns with the anticipated green energy transition, capitalizing on Sweden’s large and accessible Alum Shale deposits.
