DiscovEx Resources Limited (AU:DCX) has released an update.
DiscovEx Resources Limited, soon to be known as Latitude 66 Limited, is set to resume trading on the ASX under the ticker LAT after raising $4 million through a share issuance at $0.20 each. The company’s shares will be relisted on 4 July 2024, following compliance with the ASX Listing Rules. An additional set of restricted securities and performance rights will also be issued, with specific conditions and escrow arrangements in place.
