DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. has implemented a shareholder rights plan to prevent ownership concentration and entered a support agreement with its principal shareholder, 22NW Fund, LP. The plan, resembling the company’s 2021 rights plan, awaits shareholder ratification at a special meeting expected in Q3 2024. Meanwhile, 22NW Fund has committed to supporting the plan and management’s director nominees for the next two annual meetings.
