DIRTT Environmental Solutions (DRTTF) just unveiled an update.
DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. has expanded its Board of Directors from seven to eight members, appointing Shally Pannikode as the new director effective March 4, 2024. Pannikode, who meets the independence requirements of Canadian securities laws and the Toronto Stock Exchange, will also join the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and receive the standard compensation outlined for non-employee directors. She will be indemnified according to the Company’s standard agreement, ensuring robust legal protection in her role.
