US Masters Residential Property Fund (AU:URF) has released an update.
E&P Investments Limited, acting as the responsible entity for US Masters Residential Property Fund, has announced that Peter Metree Shear ceased to be a director of the fund as of June 25, 2024. According to the Final Director’s Interest Notice, Peter Metree Shear did not have any registered or beneficial interest in the securities of the fund at the time he stepped down. This change has been reported in compliance with listing rules and the Corporations Act.
