Latin Resources Limited has announced that Director Brent Jones has increased his indirect stake in the company through an off-market purchase of 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.205 each. This transaction has resulted in Jones’ total holding rising to 49,709,063 shares, alongside his other interests which include unquoted restricted loan funded shares and performance incentive rights. The acquisition signifies a bolstered commitment by the director in the company’s prospects.
