Directa Plus (GB:DCTA) has released an update.
Directa Plus, a leading graphene nanoplatelets producer, has conditionally raised approximately £6.8 million through a placement and subscription, issuing up to 37.8 million new shares at 18 pence each. The funding is subject to shareholder approval and includes potential participation from company directors, which could bring the total to £6.9 million. The result of this fundraising will see Nant Capital LLC holding up to 39.67% of the company’s voting share capital, pending an approved resolution to waive a mandatory cash offer under Rule 9 of the City Code.
