Directa Plus Completes £6.9M Directors’ Fundraising

Directa Plus (GB:DCTA) has released an update.

Directa Plus, a leading graphene nanoplatelets producer, has announced the successful completion of a fundraising event with directors subscribing for new ordinary shares, collectively raising approximately £6.9 million. The company confirmed that the newly issued shares will be traded on AIM starting 1 July 2024, and will rank equally with the existing shares. This move is expected to enhance the company’s financial position and facilitate further growth in the consumer and industrial markets for their graphene-based products.
