Diploma PLC Welcomes New Senior Independent Director

Diploma (GB:DPLM) has released an update.

Diploma PLC, an international distribution group, has appointed Katie Bickerstaffe as the new Senior Independent Director and a member of the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees starting 1 October 2024. She replaces Anne Thorburn, who is stepping down after nine years. Bickerstaffe’s extensive leadership experience includes roles at major organizations like Barratt Developments and Dixons Carphone, promising to bring valuable strategic insights to Diploma’s Board.
