DigitalX Limited (AU:DCC) has released an update.
DigitalX Limited has announced the appointment of BDO Audit Pty Ltd as its new auditor following the resignation of the previous auditor, BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd, and subsequent approval from ASIC. This change comes as part of a restructuring within BDO WA to centralize audit activities. A resolution to confirm BDO Audit’s appointment will be presented at DigitalX’s next Annual General Meeting.
