DigitalX Limited is launching a non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $5.09 million through the issuance of additional shares. Eligible shareholders in Australia, New Zealand, and select jurisdictions can purchase one new share for every eight shares held. This move is aimed at bolstering DigitalX’s financial position without significantly altering company control.
