Digital Core REIT has issued 3,780,813 new units at a price of US$0.4276 each to satisfy the base component of its management fee for Q1 2023. The units were issued in accordance with the trust deed and the company’s election to receive fees in unit form, as outlined in its prospectus. This issuance increases the company’s holdings to approximately 1.227% of Digital Core REIT’s total issued units.
