Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC announces the appointment of InfraRed Capital Partners Limited as its new investment manager and AIFM to oversee the company’s planned managed wind-down. The decision follows a comprehensive review and is aimed at maximizing shareholder value during the wind-down process, with the appointment expected to become effective in Q4 2024 pending regulatory and third-party approvals. InfraRed brings to the table extensive experience in infrastructure investment and a strong track record in asset divestment.
