Digihost Completes $4M Fundraising for Expansion

Digihost Technology (TSE:DGHI) has released an update.

Digihost Technology Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising US$4 million through the sale of equity securities. The funds from this private placement will primarily support infrastructure expansion and provide general working capital for the U.S.-based blockchain and computer infrastructure company.
