Digicann Ventures, a company with interests in the cannabis sector, has agreed to a reverse take-over by 3Win Corp., a move that could significantly alter the company’s structure and shareholder composition. The deal, pending regulatory and shareholder approval, will see 3Win shareholders owning the majority of the merged entity. This strategic alignment aims to leverage the combined business strengths of both entities.
