Dicker Data Director Transfers Shares to Super Fund

Dicker Data Limited (AU:DDR) has released an update.

Dicker Data Limited has announced a change in Director Leanne Ralph’s interests, as she transferred 3,553 ordinary shares from her personal holdings to her super fund, BelleVie Holdings Pty Ltd, in an off-market transaction. The change, effective as of 17 April 2024, has been reported to the ASX in compliance with listing rules and involves no cash consideration.
