DIC Corporation Reevaluates Museum Operation Strategy

DIC (JP:4631) has released an update.

DIC Corporation’s Corporate Value Improvement Committee has recommended evaluating the future operation of the Kawamura Memorial DIC Museum of Art due to concerns over capital efficiency and the museum’s alignment with the company’s social and economic values. The Board of Directors is considering three options for the museum’s future: maintaining the status quo, downsizing and relocating, or discontinuing operations. The committee has advised against continuing the current arrangement and suggests further analysis of downsizing or discontinuing the museum.
