Diatreme Urges Metallica Shareholders to Accept Offer

Diatreme Resources Limited (AU:DRX) has released an update.

Diatreme Resources Limited has extended their takeover offer for Metallica Minerals until August 6, 2024, urging shareholders to accept promptly to receive benefits sooner. With an 87.05% stake in Metallica already, Diatreme aims to initiate a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares if they pass the 90% threshold. Shareholders who accept the offer before it closes will receive their consideration within 10 business days, a quicker turnaround than the compulsory acquisition process.
