Diatreme Resources Limited has increased its voting power in Metallica Minerals Limited from 56.01% to 57.06% through recent acquisitions of ordinary shares. This change in the substantial holding follows a series of share purchases made under an off-market takeover bid outlined in Diatreme’s bidder’s statement. The company’s influence in Metallica Minerals is subject to the terms of the offer, and the shares acquired have not been transferred into Diatreme’s name yet.
