Diatreme Resources Limited (DRX) has increased its stake in Metallica Minerals Limited (MLM), with its voting power rising from 82.05% to 83.25% through the acquisition of additional fully paid ordinary shares. These transactions occurred following DRX’s off-market takeover bid for MLM, as outlined in their bidder’s statement. DRX now holds a significant portion of MLM’s shares, though it is not yet registered as the holder of the shares acquired through the recent offer acceptances.
