Diatreme Resources Limited (DRX) has increased its voting power in Metallica Minerals Limited (MLM) from 67.20% to 68.30% following the acquisition of additional shares through an off-market takeover bid. This strategic move, which involved the acceptance of offers made by DRX as outlined in their bidder’s statement, resulted in the change of interests for the substantial holder. DRX now holds a relevant interest in over 655 million fully paid ordinary shares of MLM.
