Diatreme Resources Limited (AU:DRX) has released an update.

Diatreme Resources Limited (DRX) has increased its voting power in Metallica Minerals Limited (MLM) from 85.70% to 87.05% through an off-market takeover bid. The acquisition involved the purchase of 12,941,977 fully paid ordinary shares. Following the change, DRX now holds a total interest of 835,601,724 ordinary shares in MLM.
