Diatrem Resources Limited (DRX) has increased its voting power in Metallica Minerals Limited (MLM) from 57.06% to 58.20% through the acquisition of additional shares. This change in shareholding occurred following acceptances of offers made by DRX under its off-market takeover bid for MLM. The offer conditions and the acquisition of shares have incrementally boosted DRX’s influence in the mining company.
