Dialight (GB:DIA) has released an update.
Dialight PLC, a leader in industrial LED lighting, has reported stable trading in line with expectations and anticipates releasing preliminary results in mid to late July 2024. The company is progressing with its transformation plan and the disposal of a non-core business, while preparing for a legal trial set for July 2024. Additionally, Dialight has appointed Investec Bank as its financial adviser and will switch its reporting currency to US dollars to reflect its international revenues and costs.
