Dialight plc (GB:DIA) has released an update.
Dialight plc, a leader in industrial LED lighting, announced the vesting of shares for key management personnel under its 2014 Performance Share Plan. Rizwan Ahmad and Matthew Boudiette, both holding managerial roles, exercised options and sold a portion of their shares to cover tax liabilities. Post-transaction, their respective shareholdings in Dialight plc stand at 0.13% and 0.10% of the issued share capital.
