DIAGNOS Inc., specializing in early health detection through AI, has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $315,000 by issuing 1,125,000 units at $0.28 each. The company aims to raise a total of $1.5 million to advance its AI-based screening services and general operations. The first tranche includes warrants that allow investors to purchase additional shares at $0.40 until November 2025.
