DIAGNOS Completes Final Private Placement Round

Diagnos (TSE:ADK) has released an update.

DIAGNOS Inc., an AI technology firm specializing in early health detection, has successfully completed their second and final non-brokered private placement, securing a total of $1,295,820.68. This round added 3,502,931 units at $0.28 each, with each unit comprising a share and a warrant, the latter exercisable at $0.40. The funds raised are earmarked for further product development and commercialization of AI-based screening services, in addition to general corporate expenses.
