Investors will have the opportunity to purchase units at $0.04 each, with additional share purchase warrants, potentially fueling the company’s research, development, and commercialization efforts. The offering is expected to close by June 10, 2024, and is available to investors in all Canadian provinces, excluding Québec, without resale restrictions.
