Shareholders can now view the Notice of the AGM and the related Form of Proxy/Letter of Direction on the company’s website or the National Storage Mechanism. Diageo is known for its portfolio of leading beverage alcohol brands and operates globally, with listings on both the London and New York Stock Exchanges.
